• Use bulk text messages to run a holiday promotion
• Prevent dropped calls (and lost sales) by using callback queues or other tools to keep callers on the line
• Automate a plethora of processes through Triggers
• Use the Auto Dialer to further customize and control outbound calls, providing a better customer experience
